Career Career planning can be likened with the Rainbow, a symbol of beauty, hope, and the achievement of the goals. But quite a lot of employees who forgo its beauty. They let her career is not well and stopped at one point, then just realized after the juniors they have stepped up to the level of his career, or after they feel saturated in that job. A career should be styled with their best. Every employee must have a career plan.
